The neck and shoulder wheat pack is filled with Alberta grown wheat.  The inside shoulder and neck portions are sewn into numerous baffled pouches which ensures the wheat retains heat and stays in the designated area.  
The outside is finished with a high quality flannel fabric. 
 
Heat the neck and shoulder pack  in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until desired temperature for a gentle moist heat that helps to  relieve the pain and discomfort of shoulder and neck aching joints and muscles.
 
The neck and shoulder pack can be placed  in the freezer for a calming soothing cold pack that will help relieve inflammation, or the pain of a shoulder sunburn.
