Wheat packs has many uses - use as a warming pack in your bed or when relaxing after a busy day or use as a therapeutic pack for your aches and pains.
 
Our medium soothing wheat pack measures approximately 9 x 11 inches is great for great for abdominal aches and pains, back pains ,and help to relax muscles and injury relief.  It works incredibly well to snuggle with on cold winter nights watching TV as well as a bed warmer. —- Just ask all the grandkids.!!
 
It also works great as a ice pack - place in the freezer in a plastic bag for a few hours and it is ready to use. Filled with locally sourced wheat, this pack will retain heat for lengthy period of time. The inside wheat pack is stitched in 6 inner pockets to keep the wheat from pooling and allows for a great fit to your body. The outer cover of the wheat pack is made with a high quality cozy flannel fabric and the inside of the pack is finished with French seams. It has a removable cover so that it can be washed.
