The eye mask is the perfect choice for ultimate relaxation. Its comfortable shape covers the eyes, temple and forehead. It blocks light and provides soothing weighted relief (approximately 7 ounces which is a great weight without being too heavy). The attached strap that is secured with Velcro keeps this mask in place while you are resting your eyes. The outside cover is made of high quality flannel and the inside is constructed of 100 % cotton muslin with a baffled affect.
The mask can be used hot or cold. When hot the mask soothes the dry eyes and congestion and is wonderful for relaxation, fatique and stress. If your eyes are puffy or have a migraine use it cold.
HEATING. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds depending on the intensity of your microwave. If more heat is required use 10 second increments to desired temperature. Touch to test first. Remember your face and eyes DO NOT need the hot temperature as other wheat packs.
HEATED Use the heated mask on your eyes for between 5 to 10 minutes 3 or 4 times per day
COOLING. Put in a plastic bag in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
You can add your own essential oils to the outside cover.
